Need advice - red & inflamed after Sylfirm for acne scars

Ive had microneedling with prp done years ago as well as clear + brilliance laser and my skin has always looked better after but i wasnt seeing the kind of results i wanted with my acne scars so i tried sylfirm microneedling in october 2023 At first my skin looked great after the first month but then broke out which was fine except the current breakouts never really healed...they still look VERY red and inflamed and its been about 3 months now like this just not fading in color or scabbing they always look red now

That should not happen. Have you tried lasers that suppress sebum glands like Smoothbeam? I rarely got inflamed acne even after 6 treatments. There may be newer lasers out there that do this. Nowadays all I use is Yaz bc and blue light laser mask by Therabody and my skin has been clear of the occasional
Hormonal breakout. For now, heal your skin with Osmotics products which renewed my skin. Be gentle with your skin for now.
