Recovery is basically complete. This would be one of the easiest procedures I've done. I can already see results. Cannot wait for the beach next summer! Regret not getting this procedure done sooner, as it's so simple and painless.

Day 2 - update
Feeling pretty good. I have zero leakage and almost no pain. I am taking a mild painkiller, but I think I could live without it.
I am surprisingly mobile, I'm able to walk around the house, make food, wash dishes. I wouldn't exactly go for a long walk, but I am mobile.

That's good you didn't bleed. I bled like crazy!

Completely pain free
6 hours post surgery and feel great, however I am taking a painkiller.
My pre op preparation was:
Eating tonnes of pineapple (contains Vitc and bromelain)
Arnica supplements
In my experience pineapple makes a big difference with bruising.
