I'm 22 years old. 52kg. 162cm. Petite/Athletic body frame. Currently an a cup and hoping to be a full c cup.
After years of considering getting my breast done, I've decided to go ahead and do it for myself. I'm going to the Park Clinic Plastic Surgery in Sydney. I told my doctor that I want to make sure they look as natural as possible. Since showing my doctor my 'want to look like' boob photos his suggested anatomical implants 300cc - 350cc. But I know I won't 100% know what size to go until I see him and see the sizes on myself.
If anyone of similar body frame size or similar pre op photo looks like mine I'd love to see your results

I've just had my consultation with Dr Alex Phoon.
It was really good! He was nice, super genuine and answered all my questions.
He took my measurements, took a photo of my breast for the 3D simulator, covered everything about breast augmentation, pre and post surgery, and let me physically try on some implants in a bra to see what they would like.
I'm going with tear drop. He suggested a 330cc or a 375cc. I like the 330cc better because it is a fraction smaller, it still looks great and it will still be a huge change for me! My main thing is that I just want something there, so I'm happy to be conservative.
I did get him to show me 295cc tear drop and they looked fine and good but then I think after swelling I would think there isn't much size to them. They didn't have small implants to physically try on but I tried a 375cc on which is what he thinks is the perfect size for me because I don't have much pre op boob and after swelling he thinks this size would be the best result. But I told him I didn't feel 100% comfortable in this size when I tried it on in the bra and sat in it for a while. I've attached the photos of myself in the 375cc size.

Hi there. You have clearly had a very good consultation. From you photos 330cc Teardrop will give you a lovely natural C cup. Always remember that if you go too big they are difficult to hide but a conservative size can be enhanced with a little padded bra for a special occasion. Good look

I love this size on you! I'm tiny like you are but I think 375 would be perfect especially after swelling goes down. You don't want to feel any "boob greed" after the fact.

Im on day 8 of my post op and i wish i went bigger. Im similar measurments to you 5'1 petite 120 lbs. I got 325cc and wish i went 350 or 375 cause my swelling is going down now and my boobs feel smaller. Go for the bigger you wont regret it.

3D Simulator!
These are the photos from the 3D Simulator. The left is me now, middle is 330cc and right is 375cm. There's only a slight difference between the 330 and 375 but I can see the change on volume on the sides from the front view and the side profile view. The more I look at them I really like the 330cc and want to go that size

What simulator did you use. I tried one, but the breast looked distorted. I don't think it was a very good rendering.

What is yours BWD ? IT is important choosing the implant. I am so glad I didn't go bigger . When I tried 340 and 360cc they were so heavy for me.
Just think what would be the best choices for a long time and your life style. Good luck
