Rhinoplasty, Turbinate Reduction, Septoplasty + Breast Augmentation

In my honest opinion - when it comes to being the most professional, hospitable, and sincerely knowledgeable and talented surgeon, Dr. Michael Zacharia and his support team take the cake!! I was treated so well by Dr Zacharia and his team - Kerry who supports Dr Zacharia (right hand woman I like to call her!) was invaluable in providing me with all that I needed to know pre and post surgery, ensuring all the correct paperwork was completed and necessary details collected. She is amazing!

The hospital staff at Bondi Junction Private Hospital were all so kind and highly skilled at their jobs, it was very evident that they enjoyed what they do for a living. The anesthesiologist working with Dr. Zacharia was beyond friendly and called in to check on me both before and after the surgery which made me feel that I was in the best of care by all.

My pre and post surgery appointments with Dr Zacharia and the wonderful Registered Nurse Sarah, were excellent and both were always very thorough in every appointment I had with them - explaining the surgery procedures to me and what to expect after, and never once rushed to get me out the door.

Dr Michael Zacharia could not have been more friendly, honest, skilled, thorough, and accurate when it came to my nose surgery and breast augmentation. Everything Dr. Zacharia said he could do - he did PERFECTLY. He explained every detail and step he would make to correct my nose, what to expect for the next couple of months, and then performed the rhinoplasty and breast augmentation surgery flawlessly. For the amount of work being undertaken as part of my rhinoplasty - I was expecting severe swelling and bruising. What I got was slight swelling around my eyes (hardly noticeable - it really
just looked like I had a late night!) and a single bruise (smaller than my pinky fingernail) in the inner corner of one eye. I was amazed! I felt NO pain post surgery (other than the occasional dull headache).
Dr. Michael Zacharia is truly an EXPERT when it comes to facial surgery - he has beyond exceeded my expectations. He has given me a beautiful, feminine nose that I just cant stop staring at!! For the first time in my life - I call myself beautiful! and I can't thank Dr Zacharia enough for this. He is truly a miracle-worker.

With regards to my breast augmentation - Dr Michael Zacharia provided me with an end product that absolutely met ALL my expectations. I had 440cc in each breast to give me my desired size, and as it was a large implant - I was always scared that the end product would look ever so - unavoidably fake, yet Dr Zacharia managed to give me the size that I wanted and ensured that they looked natural!!! Swelling was manageable - and whilst still early on in the recovery phase - it is completely not noticeable that I just had a breast augmentation. They are just so perfect! They sit so naturally, are such a natural shape - I couldn't be happier with the outcome so far!.

I do feel that Dr. Zacharia and his team truly care for all their patients - Dr Zacharia came in to see me numerous times after the surgery and would immediately answer/return every call I had (at all crazy hours of the night - yes i hit my nose several times and was crying hysterically!) I really could not get better and sincere service or better skilled staff than at the About Face Cosmetic Surgery - under Dr Michael Zacharia's care.
