Hello all!

Introducing myself =)

I am Lauren, 26yo mum of a 3.5yo boy and 7mo girl. I have booked in for a long awaited BA with Dr Zion Chan in Sydney on the 4th March, just 17 days away. After breastfeeding, my boobies just aren't what they used to be! I have pseudoptosis but surgeon and I both agreed to do implants now and a lift later if necessary as he didn't want to place scars on me unless completely necessary.

Have opted for 450cc UHP textured silicone unders. Currently a C cup, the implants will roughly make me a DD.

Stay tuned! I'll update soon!

Hello. Yes, I plan to update all the way with photos.

Hi Lauren,

Tell me how it goes. I've been advised to do a breast lift with BA as well. But lift is so expensive. looking forward on seeing your results

I will definitely continue to update with pictures. Especially because I am one that many doctors have said I needed a lift. I couldn't find many picture of girls that were in this position. So hopefully my pictures and updates can help the next person who is in this position. Have you chosen a surgeon yet?

I would personally get a lift with the implants... If you just get implants you will just be a bigger version of what you are now :/ plus they are cheaper to have done together in the long run...

It all depends on what look your after as well tho :) I'm getting a lift with mine (my second lift) because I wand perky with lots of upper pole

My doctor has shown me pictures of patients he has done like me who have managed to get away without the lift. I feel that I'm not burning any bridges by getting implants only first. If there's a chance I can get away with it then I'll try it before I scar my body. My surgeon is of the same opinion. I'm fully aware that there is a chance I'll need a lift in the near future and thankfully it will not cost anymore doing them separate, other than the two recoveries. Fingers and toes crossed that I won't need the second surgery, I'm happy for them to have some droop, but if I don't like the look then I'll be getting those suckers lifted up under my neck hahahaha

Hopefully the dual plane method along with the ultra high profile implants will lift them up a bit, or appear to anyways =)

No surgeon yet. All surgeon had advised me to get a lift to get the best results and plus cost at least 18k to get a lift along the augmentation. My Current breast is similar to yours. So I hope all goods to you. Good luck xx

i look forward to seeing your results! it will make me rethink my lift possibly!

@rachel125. I'll definitely post results. Have a look at this YouTube video. Her results without a lift were great!!! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Kj2yEA_y570

Are you getting overs or unders?
February 25, 2016
I'm getting the placed dual plane, which is pretty much under. The top half is under muscle and bottom half just under breast tissue.

Not so mini freak out

lollylegs
So last night when we returned home from the consult, I had a big freak out thinking I'd gone too big. Seeing as though I'm starting off with some volume already, I thought that 450-500 would be too big. I called my surgeon today who advised that I was very confident with the smaller of the two sizers I tried on and still confident with the bigger of the two sizers but erring on the side of too big with those. So they ordered the size in between to go into my smaller right side. I'll be getting 470cc UHP in the right and then less in the bigger left side to match the right - he will take a few sizes ranging from 375cc into surgery to match up the other side. After calling I feel much more confident in the size chosen. She said based on my measurements, I could have gone up to 550cc. I am still a little worried that the reviews on here that surgeons have written about petite people going over 400cc mostly say too big. I just need to remember that everyone is different, these surgeons don't have my measurements and didn't do my consultation.
