Changing my Review
Every booking is changed at the last minute.
There is very little followup, and it costs hundreds of dollars which you're led to believe will be free for life, or included in the massive up front cost.
Any repairs are at your own cost.
And you'll need to start saving for the replacement set that they also fail to mention you'll need every 5 years.
I did get great service and advice from the new staff there, but if I had known about all the extra costs on top of the $45k I paid, I would never have done it.

Do they tell you that you'll need a new set of teeth every five years, at a cost of 7 GRAND PER ROW? NO
Do they tell you that even though they said it's lifetime warranty and care, that you'll have to cough up $400 for yearly hygiene visits? NO
Do they tell you that everytime you need a repair due to their poor design, they'll hit you for $398? NO
I've had these on for 4 1/2 years. And now I'm finding out the stuff they did not tell me in the beginning. And I'm so freakin angry. I paid a small fortune for these, and it looks like I'll be paying more small fortunes on a regular basis.

Damn it. This just happened
I woke myself up at 3.30am with a snapping sound, and I had somehow done this in my sleep. A great big shard came off my tooth, and right down the front.
And of course, it's Christmas and everyone is closed.
