Hello....just wanted to share my knowledge based on research ,visiting a number of doctors, and some unsatisfying and satisfying experience. I think you should really find a good doctor/injector with proven track record. He/she should study your face very carefully, usually a combination of treatments are suggested. For example a thread lift combined with Botox and filler (again do research on filler type - I didn't - I just trusted my previous doctor, who is good, but not informative. My current doctor is much more informative and shows what treatment is needed and effective. The thread lifts is from Korea and there are different types of thread depends on age, skin condition and need. Hope this helps.

WITHOUT BEFORE OR AFTER PICTURES IT'S HARD TO TELL IF RESULTS WERE ACHIEVED. I was proposed a thread lift by a very well known cosmetic maxillofacial surgeon in Milan, but after reading so many unsatisfactory stories i probably will not go through with it. It's so hard to decide. Please post pictures if you can. Thanks for your story.

Thanks for your comments, I have been researching both threads and fillers, and have been warned off the threads, but am now researching the many different types and consistency of the fillers, and fat transfer, which i have been told would last longer

I was considering Dr Beaini but somehow got a bad feeling (red flag) from both him and his staff at Cosmedical solutions so didn't go ahead with any procedure with him.I got the impression that he doesn't really care that much about making sure all patients get the best, most beautiful/aesthetic result.
