First day the ultherapy machine didn't work so I had to wait for more than 2 hours until they brought another one from another clinic.
Honestly Im not very disappointed with the results, but the service is very poor, they don't have any patience at all.
They have the website in Chinese so I was expecting someone to talk my language, We had some communication issues and they responded me with really bad attitude. I believe its normal to have many questions and a doctor or any professional should have the patience to explain them and answer them in the correct manner and not in a rude way.
Basically she ended the conversation telling me that its not her problem if I don't speak good english and that I should learn it... So why they have the website in other language if they cant provide the service in that specific language?...
Really poor service and The first budget didn't cover the whole treatment, there is no pricing list and they are trying to sell the extra treatments all the time.

Could you clarify what the therapist said about the pigment changes? I thought Ulthera didn't affect the surface skin. At first I thought it was IPL, but the price is typical of Ulthera and not IPL.
I went to a clinic in Surry Hills, and they did a good job, though I'm not sure it's worth the cost.

It sounds like you're complaining about the nurse/doctor behavior, not the Ultherapy procedure. 這聽起來像你抱怨的護士/醫生的行為，而不是Ultherapy程序。（計算機翻譯 對不起，如果它是不準確）

Never have a treatment with a person who speaks to you rudely. Get up and walk out. Thanks for sharing. I wont be having this treatment. Too many negative side effects
