Swelling/Scars and muscle ridge

Unfortunately I have put on a couple of kg’s but I’m having fun in life!
Time to hit the gym a bit more!!!!
Scar - still using silicon sheets. Silicon gel and bio oil.
Will look into scar revision but not sure how that works.
Biggest issue is the muscle ridge that runs vertically down my belly. Any suggestions welcome.
Compression garment - still wearing it some of the time. Always feels good when I do. I have an aerated black one that is my favourite.

Feeling normal but I still swell
Well life is getting back to normal. I still swell if I’m busy or don’t eat well. Sometimes my back gets tired or my tummy. So I still use binders. Especially at the gym. I did some boxing with my Pt for an hour the other day. That was fantastic and she kept reminding me to lock on my core!
My scar is still purple and a little raised. I am now also using Vitamin C serum on it.
Where the doctor stitched the muscles down the middle I seem to have a very firm ridge the I can feel with my hand. Does anyone else have this it’s about as wide as the palm of my hand and goes from well above belly button to my hooks ?
Anyway keep healing my friends. Still so happy I did this!

you look sooo good! I am loving that white bikini on you! no I do not have a firm ridge but everyone’s body anatomy is different so hopefully that’s something unique about you! glad to see an update from you!

The swelling gets better from here on ... I would ask the surgeon about that ridge. You look fabulous! Curves for days! I no longer use my cg at the gym, but I am careful to pull my core in all the time. The only time I really swell is at work and this weekend I plan to wear my cg while at work to see if that helps. It's never an issue when I'm exercising or at home .... hhhmmm, maybe I shouldn't work anymore!!! Hahahahaaa!!!!
Love that swim suit too!!!!
I still love wearing it. Always helps the curves. Just been a bit hot lately for it. Be interested to see if it makes any difference for you my friend.
