I’m 43 years old and starting Tom look a bit lowly and soft along the jawline. My surgeon said I was OT yet a candidate for a facelift and I agreed it seemed a bit much at this point. My Botox facility who does an amazing job and I trust recommended the Silhouette thread lift. I have to say I think the procedure was payed down a bit. I found all the tugging and pulling quite psychologically confronting and I felt quite sore for several days, I am now 5 days post procedure and it’s still quite tight and sore sling my jaw line and lower face but... front on the results are amazing!
On the sides I had some VERY noticeable skin bunching. I was warned about thus but I was shocked at the extent of it’ and with shirt hair it was very difficult to hide. It looked hideous and I defiantly couldn’t have gone out in public with it uncovered. The doctor insisted it was to be expected and would go down in a few days. I couldn’t believe it. 5 days later it has gone down quite a bit (I still don’t quite understand where the bunches of skin went but anyway), but it still is quite weird looking and the entry points are still quite noticeable. It’s like I’ve been bitten by a viper under each ear. If I touch them I can feel small knots below the skin. The skin it still quiye tight feeling and sore near those entry points.
But... it’s omly 5 days post procedure AND if those entry points settle as promised I will be very pleased with the result. Front on I look AMAZING ;) Straight away I looked 10 years younger.
I’m nit posting photos of the front of my face but I will post photos of be entry points right after the procedure, and 5 days after on each side.
I’ll post again in a week or so and let you limos how it’s going...

I’m so sorry - I wrote that review on my phone and it’s full of auto correct errors. Does anyone know how to edit the review itself? The edit button only allowed me to review the title.

I just had it done today and at first I looked like I had instant dimples ... and there are two places sunken in like divots or something !!!!!! Can't wait for them to calm down and look more natural . It's a bit scary feeling !!!!!!!

Now it’s 10 days later and the folds are gone but the deep needle marks are still there. I can feel lumps underneath them. I go back to the doctor next week. Will also post a photo update soon.

I really hope my fang marks go away too. They’re bit embarrassing. I’m glad to hear that they can go away - that’s encouraging. On the upside my face actually looks amazing. I feel really pretty. It’s worked much better than most of the reviews suggested. But i can feel threads with lots of tension along my jaw line still. I probably should mention that in case anyone else has it too. There’s a lot of things you don’t really get properly warned about with the “painless lunchtime facelift” hype.

Fang marks still visible behind ears. Lumpy underneath - feels like knots on sutures under skin. Soreness remains around entry points. But the front of my face looks beautiful so...

Hopefully the fangs will heal.

Having trouble uploading photos. Will try again later. Also still unable to edit my original post to get rid of the millions of autocorrect typos. Sorry.

You must have been on some heavy meds, lol...I am glad you mentioned the typos in your second post because at least you were aware...some folks aren't I think. I hope your procedure is looking fab!! Thanks for posting.
