I wanted to have a slightly larger, straighter nose with more projection and less bulbous (/more pointy) on the end. I had rhinoplasty many years before but after my maxillio facial surgery a few years ago, my nose shape changed. So my nose appeared smaller because my upper jaw was pushed in slightly.

I would highly recommend Dr Turner and his staff to anyone. I visited four different plastic surgeons before finally and very easily concluding that Dr Turner was going to do my operation. He was the fifth surgeon i interviewed! I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and his inner confidence that I sensed. The other four surgeons that I rejected were either, too cocky, too expensive and one surgeon told me he didnt have the ability or confidence to do it! And this particular surgeon actually charges a ridiculous amount.
