He used cartilage from inside the nose. And yes, I also got the tip refined.
i have an appointment oct with dr nettle, seeing this makes me very excited..mine will be 2nd revision, so obviously complicated I am also booked in to see dr greensmith in Melbourne, did you consult with him also or only dr nettle?

I had my first rhinoplasty in Europe and the...

I had my first rhinoplasty in Europe and the results were not very good. The surgeon had taken too much off the bridge of my nose. Dr Nettle has build the bridge back up again as well as making the overall appearance of my nose look very nice. I am extremely happy with the results. He is a truly talented surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering facial plastic surgery.

He used cartilage from my nose as there was enough there. But he would have used cartilage from behind my ear if there weren't enough.

I'm sorry but I haven't kept any of the before photos as I really hated my nose before so I deleted them a while ago. But it looked like a ski slope.
By a ski slope I mean it was really scooped out.
