44 Years Old Having Rhinoplasty and Buccal Fat Removal

I am of Asian Descent. I have always been unhappy with the shape of my nose. I wanted a smaller nose (higher bridge, smaller bulb , flares smaller ). I also had chubby cheeks most of my life so I wanted buccal fat removal. I went to see Dr Kouroush Tavokoli. I trusted that he would do whatever he needed to for me to have a great nose. I didn't make him wrote down what we agreed he would do. Six months after surgery, I found out that he didn't do anything with my bridge. The hump on my nose remained the same. I went to another surgeon to get fillers for my bridge and the surgeon asked me to get a report of what Tavokoli did for me and they wouldn't even send it. I realised I didn't want to spend money on fillers after paying $24,000 on a nose that didn't bring the results I was after. So I went to another plastic surgeon (dr warrick Nettle). I asked him to redo my nose (exactly what I had asked Dr Tavokoli). So dr Nettle agreed to shave the hump on my nose , make my bridge higher and make the tip of my nose smaller. He also removed my buccal fat. It's two weeks post op and I am thrilled with the result. I would say I am so grateful To Dr nettle and his staff. They are amazing and I always felt comfortable. I have asked Dr Tavokoli for a partial refund because of what he didn't do. I realised he didn't put any cartilage in my bridge to make or higher and the hump on my nose was still present after surgery. Instead of talking to me. He brought his lawyers onto me and sued me for deflamation. This doctor is very dangerous as he doesn't like bad reviews and will shoot you down if I tell him you inhappiness. I've now have to spend the twice the money to get the nose I wanted and buccal fat pad removed. I wished I had done my research better and went to Dr warrick nettle at Silkwood medical. I am so happy with my results even at this early stage.
