Okay so I have waited till I am at the 6 months post op mark to do my review. !!!!.
It has been an emotional roller coaster ride, but with more ups than downs!!!
I have really enjoyed reading the posts of other members journeys and have gained a lot of information and also made some lovely friends. I will try and condense it down so not to bore you all .

I have always been large busted ( it runs in my family) . I walked with a hunched back to hide the size of them. And also wear baggy clothes to hide them
But in the last several years I have had increasing back and neck pain that was starting to limit my life. So this was my main reason for the reduction . ( plus they weren't very actrative).

I was referred to Dr Damian Marucci by a friend who had , had a breast reduction done by him and gave him a raving reviews. So I went ahead and made an appointment to see him on 16th April 2015 . At the consultation I found him to be very informative, showing before and after photos of his work, easy to talk to and made myself feel really comfortable . Fortunately for me he had an opening for the surgery on the 29th April . So before I knew it I was on the operating table.

My surgery went really well (thank god as I have never had an operation before or been under anthestic and was really concerned about it) . My ps checked on me the afternoon of the surgery and the next morning before I left to go home. I had no drains , dissolvable stitches and was allowed to shower the next day.

I was tired and larthgic for the first week or so , stopped the pain medication by the second week. Was allowed to drive 7days after the surgery.Week 3 was a bit painful with swelling and aching but other than that it has been pretty easy sailing. No itchiness, the scares are healing well . I consider myself very lucky.

It has changed my life with little to no back and neck pain. I'm happy with the size I am ( seriously anything would have been better than what I started with).

I now enjoy shopping for clothes and of course bras!!!!
I would highly recommend my ps and the surgery to anyone thinking about it.
Yes I should have done it years ago. But I am looking forward to my pain free future .
Thanks again to Dr Damian Marucci
I will post a more recent picture in the next couple of days!!!

Congrats on taking that step to a "comfortable" future. Looking fwd to seeing your photos ;-)
Thank you
Good for you on the review..I really think it helps others if we put it out there as well as being a record for ourselves..You look fantastic, a lovely shape and they pretty much look identical, like sisters haha..I was only 7 days before you, what a shame that didn't work out..Can't wait to see the recent pics..
It was a shame we missed each lol. But I have appreciated your listening ear !!!. I felt it only fair to do a review when I have commented on so many others .
Can you share how many cc of tissue was removed? How long did it take you to start seeing results
I'm not really sure what cc's are but it was 1kg taken off my breasts if that helps. After the initial swelling, i have been noticing a change nearly every month. I was fitted for bras at 4 weeks as we were going on a cruise and they were 14DD's but it has probably only been in the last month that I have noticed them getting to big. I was fitted this week and now am a 14D. But I still have days when they feel like they swell up . I hope this helps
Great result!
Thank you
