29 yrs two pregnancies 385cc anatomical textured implant submuscular placement

Nearly six months post op now. Back into my fitness - jogging several times a week... I really thought my new breasts would feel heavy when jogging but honestly they bounce less than when I had deflated C cup breasts. Totally recommend swimming from 6 weeks. This accelerated my recovery so much. I got the tightness out of my chest wall and full 360 rotation back in my arms with in 2 weeks when previously I was struggling to lay back to floor and extend my arms over and behind my head.

After breastfeeding two children and subsequent weight gain and loss secondary to pregnancy my breasts had lost shape, volume and all perkiness.
