After many years of being embarrassed about my arms and trying too cover them up all the time I thought it was time too do something about it!
After having a tummy tuck and breast augmentation a year and a half ago I wanted this procedure too finish my journey:)
I would love a thigh light but with finances I don't think that will happen any time soon if ever.
I lost 45 kgs before I had children and then gained and lost about 30 kgs 3 times with each child.
My procedure was only 2 days ago I can't wait too get the bandages off and see what's under tbem hoping for the gear results :)

Oh wow how are you feeling?
My pain is not too bad considering I guess though can't really do much with my arms anyway.
Can't wait till Wednesday when I see my dr and see what's underneath:)

Looking forward to seeing your results. How is your pain? I had brachioplasty four months ago and am 95% pleased with the size of my arms but the scar on my right arm could be straighter, so I'm hoping in continues to lighten.

Pain is not too bad at all is well up a bit and it's annoying I can't do things like doing my hair and getting dressed properly lol. I had my tummy done a while ago now and most of that scar is heaps light so your scar should get better with time 4 months is still heaps early :) Can't wait too see my results either hope it's all perfect underneath !!

Oh yes, I remember not being able to do my hair all too well because I am kind of particular about it and it's short, so of course I could not just "throw it up". My husband did his best to help me, but it was not the same.

Post opp appointment

So had my first post opp appointment where my dr took my bandages off and put a garment on.
I was very taken back with looking at the scars gave me quiet a shock I must say not quiet what I was expecting but have been assured it is all as expected at this stage.
The scars appear rippled and sits up its not flat at all but this is the technique my doctor uses as the stitches dissolve the incision will slowly relax and flatten leaving a nice thin scar this way the incision does not have and unwanted pressure on it causing the scar too stretch!
It all sounds great when all explained I have confidence in my surgeon, it was just not very pretty too look at :-/
Will try and get a picture when I have a shower :)
