week 7 healing is getting better

I'm actually going well. Swelling is going down. I'm using silicone gel 3 times a day and rose hip oil. Finally started to go for 30 minutes run 3 times a week. I am still more comfortable wearing garment. I am seeing my surgeon in 2 weeks I am just curious about pain around belly button in the morning.

week 4 dressing off!!!

My dressing is off now I'm starting scar treatment using silicone gel. I massage scar 3 times a day. I'm finding it hard to overcome scar but I keep looking at before photo.
