Swollen After Liposuction on Waist

Hello,

I had 2 months ago liposuction on my belly, back and on the waist. Now I’m on the left side of my waist swollen but It feels like there are 2 strands under the skin, like I’m not sure if it’s the place were the cannula was. Don’t know how to explain it well. I’m attaching a few photos and hope someone can help me. it is larger in the morning and smaller in the evening, it doesn’t hurt. I got a burning sensation sometimes too. the crease is between the two strands On the picture
