Swelling or Recovery Time After Gynecomastia Surgery

my surgery was done three weeks (vaser lipo and incisions) ago and first result was nice, but with the time my operated area swollen. after 2.5 week i went to my surgeon and he drain seroma with syringe. In forth week, I didn’t wear my compression vest for 2 days because i was at wedding, in two days i got more swelling or seroma. Now it’s looking more unusual and doctor told me to wear compression vest for more 1 month. My question is, my surgery results is looking poor day by day. It’s normal or not.
