Swelling from Morpheus8

Inventive850494
I had my morpheus8 treatment on Friday. My therapist used 30% numbing cream and I had the treatment which took approx an hour to complete. Wasn’t expecting the swelling to be this bad. I’m up to day 3 and it has got slightly better but I’m still unrecognisable. Has anyone else had swelling this bad before. Should I be taking something for it? I’m using an intensive moisturiser and anti histamines but not sure if I should try something stronger . Hoping this will go down and the grid marks will also disappear. Today my skin it like sand paper and feels a bit itchy

Yes, all my swelling has gone and I have roughness still around my neck and jar but the rest of the face has got better. My skin feels very thirsty still and when I have applied my makeup, my skin is soaking it all up. I have just been trying to keep it moisturised as much as possible. Hope to see some results soon

I had Morpheous8 on Tuesday, pretty significant swelling yesterday and today. I’m curious how your skin is doing now as I looked identical to you.

I am 4 months out and my skin still feels thirsty if I put make up on. I use skinceuticals vitamin c, neocutis growth factors, triple lipid restore from skinceuticals, Kielhs 24 hour ultra repair cream and the moisture barrier from la roche posay. I also did 6 hyperbaric oxygen chambers and 2 IVs for connective tissue repair. I don’t recommend anyone to do a second treatment. This thing legit burns you for life and they all know it.

how is your healing going? do you think at this point you would update your review to 'does not recommend' instead of not sure. we as consumers deserve way better
