I got Botox in my forhead, between my eyes and around the eyes.
The day after the injections the hell started, first my lips got numb, then it spread to my face. A few hours later I got a tingling feeling in my hands and feet. And then my arms and legs felt numb and really heavy. Got a headache and my neck hurts. I feelt really sick. I failed almost everything when they did neurological tests. My eyes hurt and my eyebrows and lashes are thinning. I was healthy before the injections. Did a bloodwork one week before and everything was great. I live in Sweden and all the doctors I have met says it is because of Botox. When I ask the doctors on realself they say it's not. But there are no reason why I would experience this symptoms about 30 hours post injections when my blood work came out normal the week before that. So please be careful.

How are you feeling? I get a bad headache as well, with sluggish feeling and stiff neck with palpitations upon effort. It took about 4 days to go away. I do VERY little (10 units).
This happened to me too it was 2 years ago...I almost died for about 4 month I couldn't sleep I was walking like a zombie I was having the worst muscle and bones pain in my neck my hands were falling asleep I was having anxiety all crazy stuff...I thought I would die...nobody could help me no hospital no doctors!!! And it happened right away after I got the Botox injected in my forehead....I would never get Botox again and I suggest people to avoid it cause it could happen not only at the first time but in years too!!! And worst!!! This posion that doctors and others put into people not even telling about this side effects!!! I hope you feel better
Irina55, did you recover from all the crazy botox symptoms? I’m 14 months out and still have symptoms not as severe but they are still here. Botox is a nightmare that I would never touch again and a waste of money! Not to mention all the medical bills and different doctors I went to afterwards smh
Just curious, did a doctor do your injections? I would only do injections with a doctor.
I had a very similar reaction and after speaking to a specialist eye surgeon, he has said this is become more known about as a possible reaction. He also said that previous studies indicated that Botox was not absorbed but actually it is and that the medical professionals do not know about the long term effects and risks of Botox to say that it is 100% safe. It is a poison after all. My reactions peaked about day 7 after having Botox and it did get better after that, as long as you are not having any breathing difficulties ..... hope you recover soon
None of the doctors on here are going to admit this can make you sick because they are trying to cover everything up so they can continue to make money....they have a code of silence.......even though there are hundreds of stories on here in the "not worth it" section and on botox support community dot com of people that have had horrendous stories from this....was this your first time getting botox? how many units did you get? and are you still sick?
