I have had a nose job in Sweden two years ago in September. The nostrils are a-symmetrical but most people I have spoken to says it looks fine. I'm not sure if I'm focusing too much on a small detail or if people are just saying that to help me. I don't know if it looks better or worse the bridge isn't straight either. The surgeon is unreachable and the Clinic has very poor communication. I feel like there isn't anything I can do because they told me that there are risks involved and not to have unrealistic expectations. Is it me or is this something I need to try harder to have fixed?

Thank you for sharing your experience. I hope you find support in the community.

Thanks I hope so too.
Hello, I have the same asymmetry, of course it's noticeable but it only annoys you, most people will never pay attention. And it can only be seen from below anyway. You are gorgeous, so you should find a better way to invest your time, my opinion.
I am considering surgery as well because of different issues, but I am not even thinking about correcting the nostril asymmetry, not sure it's even possible.
You look great! Clearly a difference from before. All noses have some details that are slightly asymmetrical right? Overall, nice job.
From what I can see, it looks like a minor alar excision to the base of your right nostril would correct the problem; I'd consult with another surgeon to confirm this, but it looks like a relatively easy fix.
Do you think this will be an expensive fix? Does insurance cover this sort of problem? I don't think the NHS would.....I have heard people sometimes can get a loan and pay it off over a a year or two, it's such a hassle though I feel like the surgeon that made the mistake should fix the problem. As a hairdresser even if a client changes their mind about their hair the next day and wants something changes I always do this free of charge. I know it's not the same thing but surely this logic would apply as it's a pretty serious mistake.
Thanks for your reply
