Hi ladies
Things are going well. I will admit I need change my eating habits. I am such a stress eater and need start getting my ass to the gym. I didn't pay all this money to waste.

I haven't worn garment truthfully since week 3. It was too uncomfortable and I could not bare it during work hours. I wear a belt at night. I am sti in pain and swollen but fault of my own.

Measurements 40 33 44. I lost only 2 inches off booty but hope to get some back as I am going commit getting to the gym to weight train and squat so my booty can look like Fluna on realself lol.

It will be 3 months and I should been more serious bout taking care of myself.

Hey sweet lady I havent decided yet she takes so long to respond to emails but I did get quote $3700. I need more lipo my back and stomach. I should of lost the weight before I did surgery but I didnt. Duran does amazing sculpting. You going real quick are YOU excited. I am looking recovery house I seen your girl has one SWEET. You look good. In my journey I have learned that the key to a big voluptous behind is genetics, a good surgeon, eating healthy, working out, and a super tiny waist. The smaller your waist the bigger your ass will look. I wore my garment for abot 2 1/2 to 3 months. The next time I am sticking with it longer. In the meanwhile I will be working out, eating healthy, and waist training.
I couldn't agree with you more I messed up in many ways. Stopped wearing garment 3 weeks couldn't take it. My next journey im prepared and I need eat nourish my body with love. I am going lose 20 and make round 2 off the charts. I know its important to keep fit so I got work to do but im excited for round 2 when I plan for it
We have got to do our part. The surgeon can only do so much. It is a new year I encourage you to start working out and eating healthier. If you don't know where to start google ideas and tips on getting fitt and healthy. We have paid too much money and invested to much time to already. A big ass is nothing when the rest of your body is not in shape. I desire a nice slimmer figure with dangerous curves and a matching a$$.
Most definitely im going make the changes and reward myself for doing so. ♡♥♡
topshelf, did you use the zipper garment or the hook? I'm thinking of purchasing the zipper. Would that be easier to come off and on?

part 2 HATE GARMENT

i will sleep in my stage 1 garment that is it. I am absolutely miserable in it. I wish i could be like some of you ladies so strict to it but comfort is important to me and i can not bare anymore discomfort.

I found these items on ebay and they are so comfortable. i have to alter the bustier corset at it is on the last clamps but hey it was cheap. The waist girdle i think i wore it wrong because it folded but i put it on with the straps at the back and it did not fold, it was still more comfortable to wear at work even if i wore it wrong lol. I just got it yesterday but it was like wearing nothing but i could see it was doing what it should clinching my waist line. They are very cheap in price! Also those cellulite suction cups are fricking awesome but hurt like hell make sure you use massage oil it also leaves marks on your body from the suction like a hickie. I cant find a good lymphatic massage therapist so i was checking other alternatives. I taught my daughter how to do lymphatic lol she did great and now with these suction cups i can see huge difference with decrease swelling and they are suppose to be good for cellulite.

I give all you ladies credit being strict with the garment. I can't do it. It drives me crazy and so uncomfortable. Ive gone with out endured the swelling but I just got a waist clincher and feels comfortable from what I could tell from trying it on today. Ill wear garment at night only and clincher during the day. My booty getting smaller which I knew it would happen but its hone done fast, kinda scared to be honest I have less then 2 weeks I can work out. My stomach still fat (my fault not losing weight) I've got lots work to do to get where I wanna be. I'm still happy overall and hope the fluffing stage will bring some volume back.....gosh all my bbl ladies lookin HOT!

Can any of the vetran bbl ladies tell me what exercises I should and should not do?

Ur not the only one. I want to give up on the garment too but it helps mold your body for that hour glass so ill deal with it.

it helps with extra fluid after liposuction it is like having a lymphatic massage but you can do it yourself the stomach area and have someone do the back area-use lube or massage oil....it hurts but you will see the swelling go down i am shocked as i have only used it 2 times and i am like wow...it also helps reduce cellulite as it breaks up the fat when it is suctioned. the cupping glass you need to divide your torso in 2 parts the upper and lower then in the middle-if you have fluid in the upper portion you suction the left portion to the left armpit visa versa for the right upper back-the lower back you section the left portion from the spine to the bottom but towards the hip bone that is how it should be suctioned downwards and same with the right side...i love it even though it hurts like a [RS bleep] lol hope i made sense lol
