Buttock Augmentation with Fat Grafting- Dr. Jimerson - Suwanee, GA

This sx is the answer I've been searching for! My clothes don't fit right and this is just what I need to get the extra feminine lower half I wasn't born with. I have large, D cup breast (after reduction) that just don't match with my smaller lower half. That will change in less than a year. At first I was given an estimated consult date of November 2014. Then, out of nowhere, Dr. J and Sarah posted that they would be doing a webinar for people who already had a consult booked and whoever attended the webinar would be able to book a date afterward. I did the very first webinar they held. I emailed my pictures that night. Sarah called me the very next day to go over everything with me and give me the total price. One month later, I paid my $500 deposit and booked my surgery for June 11th, 2014. I am SO excited. I plan to drive down in my own car. I plan to stay in the mansion of a family friend. So I am saving money on travel and lodging. My medication will be covered through my insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) so I've saved money there also. All I need to do is either save up the money for the procedure or get a loan. I am leaning more toward the loan. I have a great credit score and I'm praying it won't be very hard to apply. I was also considering getting a loan through my credit union but I'm not sure if I would have to pay them very large payments because their loan terms are usually shorter. So I have quite a few decisions to make in the next 7 months. I also have to lose at least 20 lbs to get a perfect result (perfectly flat stomach and no back rolls). I am on my way. I have an appt with the Bariatric Clinic at my doctors office at 9am tomorrow. They will put me on a diet that can get me results. If you have any recommendations, suggestions, helpful hints or tips or if you've had the surgery with Dr. Jimerson already, feel free to tell me whatever you want! I forgot to mention my height and weight. I am 5 feet, 4 inches and at the moment, I am 204 lbs. I started out at 209 lbs. By the time surgery comes, I plan to be around 160 lbs. That is my perfect weight and that will leave me with enough belly fat to harvest for the new cakes! Last week, I went to a weight loss doctor at my PCP's office. She put me on a healthy diet that will make me drop 1-2 lbs a week. I plan to go on Groupon and find some kind of fitness classes. I am supposed to work out 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes or more.
