BBW gettin BBL & TUMMY TUCK 10/16/14!! with Dr. Yily

I've been at this for a LONG time! Reading over my review, you'll see that getting my bbl has been a challenge for me, I've had relationship issues, financial issues, you name it. Right now my challenge is losing this extra weight. Yily (the plastic surgeon of choice, since Duran is too busy & doesn't care to make new money) won't operate on me unless my bmi is at 35 or less I'm currently at a 39. Almonte on the other hand, is willing to perform surgery on me now, at my current weight. I'm not 100% sold on Dr. Almonte's work, not to mention, her assistant said that I needed extensive back lipo, so there's a good chance that I won't be able to get my bbl, only lipo & tummy tuck. Essentially I will be settling by going with Dr. Almonte. Both Dr's have been very good at answering questions & addressing my concerns, but I just think it would be a waste to travel so far & spend so much money & not get what I want. So where I stand right now ( 9/19/14) I will continue to lose weight, work harder this week than I did last week, and push to go with Yily, but if I can't meet my weightloss goal by my surgery date, I'm going with Almonte. I promise to try & post more often, wish I could just do a new review because this one is all over the place. If anyone can help with this, please do.

& I'm ashamed to say that I'm bursting out of all of my clothing & girdles :( Tonight marks the 6th night that I've been on vacation & I've only worked out twice smh. That was days 1 & 2, haven't counted calories since then either. My face is bloated & my body is retaining every ounce of water that I drink. I'm afraid to get on the scale, but tomorrow is weigh day, so I will have to. When I get home, it's catch up mode I have to lose whatever I gained, plus my 4 lbs that I have to lose to meet my goal weight for sx with Lily, it's gon be tough, but I got this! I'll keep y'all posted. Wish me luck!!

Hi everyone :) I have been MIA for quite some time. Honestly, I didn't have the funds when my surgery date rolled around, so I completely removed myself from the situation. I blocked all emails from real self & stopped logging onto the site, I was devastated. While I was away SO much changed! I'm in a whole new phase of life & I couldn't be more happy!! First thing is my hubby & I decided to make things work, we are soulmates, we have beautiful family & we want to be together. We moved into a new place & are working in purchasing a new home. Since we're official again I have full access to his funds, so I'm financially good. I work, but since man & I are good I've been able to bank majority of my money (i only work 18 hrs/ wk), so it's not a lot lol.

Another update: the credit has improved, I'm so proud of myself! I got a secured credit card with my income tax $600 limit & have been using it responsibly & making minty payments on time & now I'm receiving credit offers EVERY single day. It's good to know that if it comes down to it, financing is now an option.

Lastly, and probably the most exciting is that I lost 66 lbs to date!!! And it wasn't that hard either. The crazy thing is, my weight went from about 315 to 328 after I isolated myself from Realself, I think I was depressed, i honestly don't know what happened, but I could no longer for any of my clothes. I'm now 262! Still big, but my oh my I fe like a new woman! I haven't been this size in about 7 yrs! Lol

Anywho, all these changes have brought me back to Realself & I'm doing it. Here's the tea: when I got back into the mindset of getting surgery I decided to just do the tummy tuck, so I emailed Yily & after no response after several emails with no response months later I decided to contact Dr. Jimerson (who I already paid a deposit to) and the wait is 2 yrs for a tummy tuck, but can be reduced down 4 - 6 months once bal is paid in full. This is def worth considering, here are my options: Dr. J: Tummy tuck with lipo to bra roll full tummy & waist, no bbl will cost me $8350, this includes my $500 deposit + a $500 for paying cash. Extra areas $950/area. In live in Ga, so no cost for room & board/travel. Dr. j is not requesting that I lose any weight at all!

Dr. Yily: bbl, tummy tuck, lipo of waist, back, tummy & knees will cost $4750. Only $250 per extra area of lipo, plus I have to buy flight & pay for room & board (still less than Dr. J.) Yily will not work on me if my weight is above 207 lbs.

Right now here's where I'm at: I am still dieting & working out, I lost 66 lbs in 4 months so it el not be a problem to do it again, only faster this time because obedient do as much splurging & I'll workout more frequently :) I figure if I lose 4 lbs a week minimum, for 3 months, that's 48 lbs by September, I would love to book for September 1st (the flights are cheapest on that day to the DR, but I'm thinking maybe mid September that'll give me more time for weightloss, at my 4 lb/ wk rate, this will put me right at 206 lbs!! Doesn't it sound like a great plan! I'm gonna go with it! I leave out Monday evening for vacay, I will still be dieting & working out, but I will be eating good to lol, it's only for a week lol. But seriously after vacay, I'm goin hard all the way into September! I'm gon but my passport, all my post op items, and start taking my vitamins so that my levels will be straight. I'm SO excited!!!
