I've been on RealSelf reading a lot of the comments. I followed a couple of women that recently had a bby w/Dr. Jimerson. Finally got it done.. I am pleased with my results, but wonder how the end result will look (cause I like the size it is now). I actually can't imagine it being smaller (I got 800cc in each cheek). Getting a Bbl is no joke! I don't think I was as prepared as I should have. You will need someone that's willing to help you around the clock until you are able to do it on your own.

I got mine done on 3/25/15. The 1st night was horrible. Since then, things are getting better. Been taking my meds and keeping a lot of fluid in.

I actually did. I went in for a consultation one week, had my surgery two weeks later. I believe someone had canceled or something. I had cash on the spot, so I got in. I only wish I had asked for 1000cc's each butt cheek instead of the 800 I got. Good luck to you.

Well I stressed the urgency and stayed in touch with my consultant and ended up getting a cancelation... I love my butt at this size, but I also know that i won't see the finals result until I'm 3 months in. That's what worry me. I don't want it to get smaller than it is now.

Hi I live in tx but would like for him me son to do my bbl, but I wanted to know the actual down time from work you would have to take. Also did you get any liposuction or contouring?

They suggest 2 weeks off from work. That's the amount of time that you cannot sit. After the 2wks, you'll have to sit on a boppy pillow for a few weeks. Inorder to do my bbl, I got lipo in my stomach, lower back and flanks.

Lol I'm the same way, I got 800cc and 750cc in my cheeks, it looks good now, I think I lost an inch and a half so far, I'm 3.5 weeks, hopefully I don't lose anymore ;-)

Greetings, I am 7 weeks post op and so far I have lost 1 inch, but I literally did not sit for 3 weeks, I used the pillow for maybe 4 times but only for 20 minutes or less. When I slept, my hips never touched the bed or barely touched it. I was so worried about fat loss too, so I'm hoping In 5 more weeks when I hit 3 months that I will stay at 47 inches. Good luck

Yeah I got mine done from jimerson Feb 6 and I am still in a little pain because I didn't get my massage the first weeks after surgery My surgery but recommend you get them it will make you fill so much better start now it may hurt but after that you will start to feel better o got 1000cc each cheek but it was real nice and big at first but then it went down I was a little disappointed in the size but yes you should of tokd him to add as much as possible because it does go down I am still not sitting on my butt boppy pillow

I'm feeling a lot better now! I'm off my pain meds and had my tubes removed three days ago. I have actually gotten out of the house today just to enjoy this Ga. weather lol. I am so glad that I made the decision to go to Dr. Jimerson.... My only issue is using that boppy pillow. It's so hard to drive!!

GM all. I made the huge mistake of taking my garment off for more than one hr. (5 hrs to be exact). I got home from a family outing and immediately put it back on. I propped my feet because I tend to swell in one ankle.. And went to bed. When I woke up, omg!! My entire face was swollen!!! I know to never do that again! 23/7 this garment shall stay!! I have a trip to LA next week and I'm so scared now. I didn't want to have to wear this thing all the time. By then, I'll be 3 weeks post op.

Sorry dear..I think I read you should wear your garment 23 hours a day for a few months.
