Middle Aged Doctor in Need of Body Sculpting - Bay Area, CA

I am in my mid 40's and have been neglecting how I look for awhile now because I am a very busy physician working odd schedules that does not allow a lot of time for rigorous work out or hours in the gym sculpting my body. I am very active and spend time doing aerobic exercise just to stay heart healthy but the toll of the years of neglect on fine tuning my body has caught up and for sometime now I have been unhappy with how I look. It took awhile to finally make the decision to opt for liposuction. I felt that despite my age, the girth of my abdomen and the extra fat that surrounded my side as well as my fairly large thighs I was still a good candidate for liposuction. I felt that I did not have the down time schedule for a tummy tuck or any more invasive procedure. I spent a great deal of time researching the various surgeons in the Bay area and focused on the top 5 in the area. In the end I chose Dr Beck to perform my liposuction. Being a physician, I knew that surgeon I chose would have to be someone who was not only good in what their did but had to have with great bedside manners-all the qualities that I hold for myself with my patients. I visited Dr Beck in his office and found all of his staff to be very warm, friendly and unpretentious. Meeting Dr Beck for the first time, I immediately felt comfortable with him and we discussed the various options I had as well as realistic expectations. I decided on having liposuction of my abdomen, thighs and back. I also opted to have it done in one day so I had to go through a surgical centre and have general anaesthesia because I did not have a lot of time off for the healing process. Today I am exactly 4 weeks post liposuction. I still have a bit if swelling which Dr Beck tells me will continue to recede-expecting about another 30% loss. At 4 weeks out I am already extremely happy with how I look-and I am about to go back to my aerobic schedule by start of this coming week.
