tickle lipo & butt fat transfer(brazilian butt lift) with strax dr randy dean

Well here Iam doing my 2nd surgery with strax Doc Hamm did my boobs (excellent job) Well done in 2006-07 Now 2014 , i want to remove the fat from my belly and use that fat to my butt, after 4 pregnancies and 1 c-section, nothing work out to lose weight, had a hard time but i decide that i need a change from 5'5' 168 lbs = went down to = 5'5' 140 . Iam and i was on diet, exercising every single day, starving sometimes and taking a burning fat pill, im felling much better of course but the fat in my belly everytime i sit ugh i hate it and look at my flat butt i also hate it..... Miami girls needs volume body lol , We need to be hot and diving for the beaches lol....Anyway after a good talking with my husband we went for consultation and we schedule a procedure with doc Dean. I heard so many bad reviews , more bad than good, but im still going to do the surgery because i still thinking that the tickle lipo is better for people who is not to overweight for better results (my opinion) Because i can see people 5'6' 190 lbs after surgery their are complaining that they dont see to much change (of course you wont because by law the doct cannot take to much fat in 1 procedure #2 - All the fat they can remove you will still look like150 maybe or more notsure and i will considerate my self fat in 150... of course doctors need fat to do transfer but if i have to much fat , i will prefer to do a lipo under general anestesia with tummy tuck) " just an opinion" Now i will post pictures of my self but i dont think i will get the butt i want because i have fat a lot my idea but not enough to transfer. Nurses told me to stop the diet and to eat all i can maybe i can gain some pounds lol how funny now i hate all greasy food when i used to love it, lol.
Or maybe im a good candidate for butt transfer , i dont know just speculations ...
I want a flat belly ...after the tickle lipo (i will try my best in the gym to get back a six pack :0) ) then after my butt transfer ifffffff i get lucky getting a least a good volume.... (i will promise to do the best to mantain the butt body).

here is what i know so far.....
and i still have a doubt that i will share soon.

1- I cannot seat for 10 days. (better results 2-3 weeks)
2- Eat very light the first 3 days.
3- Prunes will be great for bathroom time #2.
4- Rest is the best.
5- Position for bed time (pillows, blankets, something under me)
6- The pain can be control with pills.
7- Faja have to be use for a least 3 weeks every single day.

My doubts and questions:

What we can do to prevent lose the fat from butt after the surgery , i know normally 20-30% is gone after the procedure is anything that we can do to a least lose the very minimal fat from our butt???

My Answers: lol not to sit for a least 3 weeks and lot of rest???? maybe notsure would love to heard from someone.

question #2: Why some patients have a full faja covering the whole body and why others have a faja with 2 holes in the butt?

Little nervous can't stop thinking getting prepare since today mentally and physical, im doing some squats to keep toning up my butt..im posting some pictures of me before my surgery REAL pictures of me .
Im trying to eat all i can to gain some more pounds for the procedure more fat better for me.
I bought some jell-o, prunes, wipe flushable, i have a boppy pillow and i will get a Adults diapers just in case :-0 lol
i will keep updating more information trying to make a private appt with Doctor Dean from Strax to have a good conversation before the surgery.
