Ive been dreaming about having bigger breast since high school and finally the opportunity has arrived. I waited until life was comfortable and the kids have left the nest. I did my research on what could go wrong and complications but im ready to take the plunge and get my new girls . Im 5"11 167P

I did it!
I got my new girls yesterday morning an so far they're beautiful. Not much pain at all so far but i am on meds. Ill take pics as soon as i can, now off to sleep i go.
