Sule Hair Transplant Clinic Turkey

I booked my appointment with Sule Hair in Turkey and delt with Osmond on WhatsApp so I booked my flights and of I went to get hair transplant with doctor Sule. When I enquired about the operation Osmond answered all my questions and told me what I wanted to hear. He told me that the transplant was guaranteed no matter what and if it was not successful I would be brought back for it to be fixed free of charge, I was told that the surgery would be done by doctor Sule herself.  When I got there there was a language barrier so I started to have second thoughts. They prepared me for the surgery, there was technicians there which I thought they were there to help. They started doing the transplant and doctor Sule was no where to be seen, I asked how many years experience did the technicians have doin my hair transplant and the answer from a technician was one year. I was told by Osmond I was getting 4500 grafts planted and when the surgery was done they only planted 2800, I was done within 5 hours and they didn't put the hair where I asked for it to be put, they also wanted the money in cash and a certain English note, they wouldn't accept the notes I had so I had to use my card. They took 1700 pound out of my account when it should of only been 1500. I told them they took extra and they said they will sort it out and refund the 200.  It turn into a disaster, when I got home I contacted them as there was wide spaces on the scalp where they did not put any hair and I was happy and send them pics, they z wait up to one year to see the results. I knew I was botched as I’m a barber and work with hair everyday, I was not given back the extra money they took from my bank either but at that stage I didn't care about that. I kept updating them with pics as the months went on as my hair looked a total sight, I told them I wanted it fixed and in the end they z they would fix it but I would have to pay again when the told me it was guaranteed at free of charge, most of the hair all fell out again and my hairline is a mess and it is worse now than before I got it done, I have to keep my hair shaved tight as I look like an idiot for the way Sule Hair Clinic in Turkey Istanbul left my head and Osmond on WhatsApp could not be bothered communicating with me from ther transplant was done, so be careful people as they can edit there photos on instagram and website,
