Swelling
Hey my realselfers does anyone know what to do on how to keep swelling down??

Swelling can last for 6 mos to a year, how are you doing
Swelling still come and goes but I feel great
Deep tissue Massages as well . You look awesome . How's it going ?

Tummytuck results
Ok today was my dr appointment and he removed my drains and wound vac. I am so happy with my results. I've lost 18 pounds in 10 days post op. Whoo hoo!!!!! I still have slot of swelling and fluid.
