So, after pumping and breastfeeding my son for 13 months I am so ready to get my boobs fixed. I went for my consultation in June and originally thought I wanted to go with the moderate plus 371-397cc, but after looking at more before and after photos I decided to go with high profile. So at my pre op I tried on high profile sizers and was told to get the look I am going for I would need to go with the 450-500cc implants. I was really nervous because it sounded so big at first, but I know that it would be the best size because of my measurements and the implant width. I am 5'3, usually between 120-125 lbs, and wear a 34B. My son is 17 months, so any tips on recovery with a toddler would be helpful! Also, how long before getting back in the gym?

Were having surgery the same day (:
What time is your surgery?
I will be the first one in so they told me to get there at 6:45am.
August 1, 2015
Oh yay! I'm supposed to be there at 7:30 and surgery is at 8:00. I wanted to be the first one so I wouldn't have to go long without food :)

Hahaha same here specially because i always get hungry at night....have u bought anything? Bras, scar cream etc?
August 1, 2015
I bought a couple of sports bras, but my surgeon will give me two to wear for the first few weeks.
I've bought silicone strips, Palmer's cocoa butter, Smooth move tea, Holy Crap cereal, ice packs, travel pillow, and an upright pillow.

I purchased only 2 sport bras and 1 will be provided by my PS. Smooth move tea works awesome i will be getting that and magnesium citrate. I will be getting the lactating ice packs and i already have my wedge pillow and 2extra for comfort. Where did you get the silicone strips?

Can't wait to see your after pics. I am getting almost the same implants as you from the same dr. But I am going with a 500cc and we are about the same build. I go on the 20th and also a little nervous cause I have a 4 year old and a 21 month old.

Oh good! We should have similar experiences then. Yeah, I am only worried about taking care of my son as far as recovery goes. I'm a stay at home mom and he is extremely attached to me, but he is at least old enough where he can climb in my lap. At my pre op Jeannette said I'll be fine holding him just not picking him up. What part of Houston do you live in? I am in Humble.

I am not from Houston but I do have family in Humble. I am actually about 120 miles south of Houston. My mother in law lives next door to me so she is going to keep my youngest with her during the day for the fist 3 days so I can try and rest . My older son goes to daycare so no biggie with him. My mom is going to stay with me Friday so my husband can go back to work. I know if I have the kids here with me the first few days I can't really do anything I will probably go nuts.

That will be perfect! Good luck ;-)

I'm getting 500 moderate and now I'm thinking high profile :/ it's so hard!!
August 5, 2015
I know! I'm so anxious today! It's such a big decision. After looking at tons of photos I think the high will be best, but my surgeon is going to have moderate in the OR just in case those will look better, but I'm hoping the high profile will look best! That's what the women in my wish pic have. Good luck! I'll try and post some post ops tomorrow

Surgery Day

They're here! I got really light headed after my IV got started. I could taste the Lidocaine in my mouth that the nurse gave me to numb my hand before the IV. So when the doctor was marking me I had to lay down a few times. Surgery seemed really quick. I woke up nauseous and lightheaded and in pain. Ride home seemed quick even though it was an hour long. I've been laying propped up in bed since then. Pain has gotten up to a 7, but nothing unbearable and is coming down now. It's just my chest muscles that hurt. I can't see them until My first post op on Monday, because the doctor said not to remove my bra or strap until then. Going to try to follow his instructions even though I am dying to see them! I ended up with 485cc Alergan Natrelle Inspira high profile. I don't usually handle meds well so I think that's why I was nauseous and lightheaded. So glad this parts over, now the wait to drop and fluff! I'm so happy I have boobs now ????
Oh yeah my poor 17 month old has been crying at my door because he wants me. I think for me that's the most painful thing to deal with so far.

They'd look big in the photos. I'm doing 485 mod plus tomorrow. I wasn't thinking they were very big. I was considering larger but decided to stick with 485s. I think they'll be perfect! Keep us posted! We'll be recovering at the same time.

Glad everything went smooth for you. Dr. Feldman told me to follow his after care to a T. No peeking and trying to pick up our sweet babies. I know that part has to suck, but you also have to remember you have to take care of you right now. Hopefully when he starts to calm down and get ready for bed your husband can bring him in to lay beside you for a little bit. Good luck on recovery keep us posted.

Thanks and I will!

How are you feeling? I love your wish boobs!!! I hope you're doing okay. Feel free to write me any questions. I had my puppies done in January and so so so happy!
August 7, 2015
I'm doing good. The muscle pain is what is hurting so bad, but managing with the meds. I just hate feeling tired constantly. I know it's only temporary, but I miss doing everything for my little one. How was your recovery? How long before you started bouncing back?
August 8, 2015
I'm also getting 485 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira!! My surgery is scheduled for Sept. 3rd.
I can't wait to see your results...and mine when my big day comes :D

i think you will be completely satisfied with your choice! Good luck!

What type of build do you have?? I tried these on also and really want them but I feel like they might be too big :(
September 18, 2015
I am 5'3 and 120 lbs. I have an hourglass shape. I was really nervous about them being too big, but they aren't. I'm so glad I chose them! Hope this helps :-)
August 16, 2015
I had my surgery 2 days before you, also with Dr. Feldman. I'm glad it went well! I'm very happy with how it all went for me.
