Pre op and post op photos... next journey... to lose some weight!!!
Best thing I ever did!!! I have no regrets at all!!! Now I just hope that I can work out and lose some weight!! Tone myself up a bit!! I’m excited to start that journey now. A big thanks to Dr. Decherd and his staff!!! Amazing people!!!
January Update...
So... I gained 10 lbs after surgery from quitting smoking so I started a workout method finally... I ordered sweating to the oldies hahaha because I love that one!! Haven’t lost anything yet... but I started it just this last week... 3 days a week.. still loving how I look from the side but feel like I still don’t have a waist....in the front... maybe losing weight will help... plus I haven’t been in to see my ps in a long while.. I need to go pay him a visit and see what he thinks. Other than that I’m still very happy with my results and feel like he did a great job with what he had to work with. I’m still amazed that this is me!!!! Just feel off in my front view... pictures in red pants are with swelling at the end of the day and after eating.

Hello, I haven’t been on in a while but wanted to give a photo update as well as an update on how I’m feeling. I feel completely normal other than my tummy is very numb...I can feel the skin but inside it feels like I have had a numbing shot that has lasted since surgery.. I understand this is normal... it’s not bothersome at all...just different... I believe I have gained some weight since my surgery as I have quit smoking and stayed that way...so my appetite has raised. I still have swelling that goes into my thighs as well... it does not hurt but I have been wearing leggings nonstop until the swelling subsides. For my body type I don’t have much of a waist... but my side view is a miracle!!! I believe I’m going to start a cardio workout as soon as I can and cut back on sodas. As well as trying to eat 6 small portions a day to help with my appetite as well as boost my metabolism... I will keep those interested updated as I can for the first year of my healing... happy tucking all.

Professional, to the point, caring, and passionate is this Dr.!!! You rarely see a twinkle in someone's eye anymore when they see how good someone feels. Dr. Decherd does his job and loves it because he sees what a positive impact it has. I respect his work and the pride he obviously takes in it. My tummy tuck so far is beyond amazing!!
