Ok ...its been a few weeks since surgery and I'm ready take off waist trainer.. It is so uncomfortable.. but in all I'm doing great and I'm healing my only problem is I need to eat more protein so I can heal faster.. My appetite is steal gone so I am forcing myself to eat. I feel like I got some kind of gastric are sleeve ????????.. I was 165 when I had the surgery now I'm 148 my goal is 135...
