Breast Lift Exceeded ALL Expectations! 39 Years Old, Mom of 2 - Sugar Land, TX

It has been about 6 weeks since my breast lift...

WORTH IT
It has been about 6 weeks since my breast lift with slight reduction. I am amazed at the look and shape of my new breasts. They remind me of the youthful, full, perky breasts I had in my 20's before childbirth.

Afterwards, I had a lot of tightness and had to be extremely cautious with any lifting and upper body movement. Getting the drains out was a BIG hallelujah - I hated those things!! This is a long surgery, painful right afterwards, and required me to sincerely take it easy and fully rely on my husband to do a lot for me for AT LEAST a week post surgery. Even after that, I relied heavily on my family a lot for lots of things that require upper body and chest movement. However, it has been FULLY worth it. I would do it all over again based on how I feel and look. I am excited to work out and wear clothes I've been avoiding for many years.
Now at about 6 weeks out, I am back to normal activities for the most part, but still sleeping on my back and being cautious with anything that would cause me to fully extend my arms over my head.

I cannot say enough positive things about the results and my choice of doctor. His procedure is more advanced than a traditional lift and produces AMAZINGLY better results. The pictures I have posted are very early - only about 3 weeks after surgery. They continue to heal even more every day. I have NO vertical scar, no implant, beautiful natural fullness on the top, and really don't even NEED to wear a bra. I am so grateful and excited that I made the decision to do this for myself, and the choice of doctor. This type of lift is far better than the way most lifts are done, and it makes ALL the difference!

I am also considering a lift. But I have been told the anchor is best for me. Can you plse tell me what is this great method your doctor used on you with as much detail so I can ask my doctor about it? Maybe because you are larger than me is one of the reasons this method may have been able to be done to you n smaller breast may not be candidates. I am a 34 B or so. Any input would be appreciated !

Absolutely! I am definitely not a medical expert, so my unofficial and probably 'simpleton' description is what I learned from the doctor explaining it to me and watching the video on his website. I have viewed many Before and After photos over the course of the last few years. Multiple times, I clicked on results that were exactly what I hoped mine could turn out to be like - natural and youthful - and it kept being his patients. That led me to go see him in person to ask more questions. He has been doing this method for probably 10 years and has been very successful with the results. He uses a proprietary method he designed and created several years ago that essentially secures and anchors the weight of the breast to the chest wall muscles. Having them anchored on the chest muscles results in high, perky breasts. On top of that, however he shapes and positions the tissue on the inside creates that youthful fullness at the top and positioning out in front of the chest. Then, the nipples are reset on the new higher breast mound. My breasts were completely 'deflated' on top so I desired the fullness on top that his method achieves. I also loved how it would put the girls out front and that I would only have nipple incisions and incisions underneath, no vertical scar. I think he does a lot of lifts with implants too, but I was going smaller, so I don't know a lot about how he adds size. There are so many talented doctors out there to pick from, just trust your gut and you will find the best one for you! Best of luck to you!!

Thank you for replying! I think of I was bigger is feel much more confident in this lift because I def don't want to look smaller. But I still think I'd prefer them up than where they are now. I did like this doctor suggesting if I'm on the fence about a lift n implants to just do lift n see how I like that first. He said less can be more. He also suggests not doing those 2 procedures together. Lift first was recommended to allow scars to heal more n less tension on them without adding implants. Made sense so if I go for the lift, I will do this way. This with full TT I hope I can manage! I wanted it done by now but now I have to wait till April for available date . I just want to be done for summer . They tell me max is 6 weeks but possibly 4.

Congratulations! I had my lift with Dr. H a couple of years ago and I'm super thrilled as well! I needed a dog-ear revision but it was totally worth it :). Happy healing to you!
