One year ago this month I started my journey ... I told my husband what I wanted for my 40th bday that was fast approaching. So he said start looking. I made several consult appointments. When I went to the first appt I walked in nervous as all get out. The girls at the front desk greeted my and made me feel so comfortable I never went anywhere else. After talking to Dr. Feldman and the rest of his staff I knew this was the doctor to make me whole. I knew something was always different with me but never knew what it was. I had constricted breast deformity. When I found out I was so upset I couldn't understand why no other doctor had every pointed it out. Had I know about this deformity I would havery done this 20 years ago.
I called my husband and told him what the doctor said and after we talked, I walked back in to the doctors office and put my deposit down and set my surgery date for June 2014 after my son graduated from high school. After about a week of thinking how far away it was my husband said if they have any opening sooner move the date. So I did ... 3 weeks before I turned 40 I finally made myself complete with what most women are blessed with.
So, fast forward to today, here I am with the best thing money has bought myself so far. I should have done this 20 years ago .... but oh well. I am whole, I am stronger than ever at crossfit and am in the best shape of my life in a long time.

Can't believe it's been 8 months today. Never been happier with myself / body than I do now at almost 41.

6 Month Update
November 2, 2014 marked my 6 month anniversary of changing the way I felt about my boobs. I can not believe that these last six months have gone by as quickly as the have. What Dr. Evan Feldman did for me has truely changed the way I see my body. I no longer look like a freak naked, although my husband never compalined (haha). I just didn't like the way the looked and now 6 months later, I can't even imagine myself looking the way I did.
I am back to lifting the weight I was weight when I left crossfit in May to have surgery. Took a little time but I knew I'd be back. I'm still struggling to get the 20 poungs of weight off I gained after surgery but it'll come off eventually, it has too cause I know my implants don't weigh 20 #'s, otherwise I'd be walking hunched over.
