I have a member of this site for about two years. I have saved many other reviews, and now it is my turn. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I wear rotate between a 32A and 34A depending on the brand of the bra. I have always wanted bigger breast size, and it does not run in the family. My younger sister is the only one that was the random one blessed. So after years of looking and doing research, I decided to have it not to continue to push it off.
My body descriptions: 24 years old, I am 5'5, I rotate between 127 to 130 lbs, I have narrow shoulders frame with a very short torso. I am an active duty soldier for the US Army. I want to be between a full C Cup to small D Cup. My surgeon recommended 400cc, but I am scared to be top heavy and look like an uppercase P.

It's official! I'm a no longer more a member of the itty bitty committee. I've been doing great. Thanks for the comments, sorry for the delay. While I'm writing this, I'm official 10 days post. I wrote notes in a journal of my day to day experiences and feelings but I'll start on Day of surgery... Sorry if it's too long, you can skip and skim to certain days if you will like and if you want more detail of a statement, let me know in the comments.

Ok, so I had my surgery on Monday, October 23rd scheduled for 3:30pm. A month after my 24th birthday. It was myself and my mom. I arrived to my surgeon office at 1:30pm for my pre op appointment. It was a pretty simple quick appt. It was mainly reviewing and signing consent forms, to take official before photos, get sized for my surgical bra, and to pick up my prescriptions slips. Then we went to the nearest Walgreens to drop them off & pick up since we had time to before my surgery time. (If anyone wants to know the actual names of the medications, let me know in the comments) We arrived back to the surgical center. They had separate consent forms for my to review and sign. She brought me to the back into a room. I changed into a hospital gown, I was given compression knee high socks to put on, and a IV was put in with a sulfur & sugar water bag. My vitals was checked next. Then I spoke with the doctor, he verified my wanted look again and marked my under creast line. Finally the anesthesiologist, came in to verfiy my height and weight, ask again if I haven't eaten or had liquids, and ask if I had any questions for him. I called my mom around 4:20 pm to let her know I was about to go under. He gave the magic juice then they rolled me in the operating room. I was out and I don't remember what the room looked like. But I woke up with my mom and the nurse was there and I was thirsty and slurring my words. They gave me a bottle water and saw that I can drink. After keeping it down, I was relieved to go home. Around 6pm. Once we made it back to my aunt's house in Houston, I slept the remainder night.

Tuesday Day 1 was ok surprisingly. Honestly I think I was still on the goods they gave me during the surgery. I didn't quite feel that bad. It was more of my arms and chest, not the implants but it was a little hard to breathe and talk loudly. But I know I shouldn't have now thinking back, but we forgot to get snacks before hand and I was feeling great for being in surgery the day before. Me and my mom went to Wal-Mart, lol. I know, I know but I'm a snacker and I was hungry. Lol. Atleast I was in the little stroller, but I brought gogurts tubes, dried peaches, veggies and mini juice bottles, and etc items. I was instructed to get up and walk every 2 hours for the 1st 3 days. So I had my Baby Love, my little chihuahua dog with me to lay on lap with me and for my walks, I would walk the backyard against the fence with her. I normally would do 4 laps and my aunt had a big back yard. Plus I was up to go up and down the stairs alone but very slowly also for my mandatory walks. When i say I felt unbeatable that day and top of the world. Lol, let me tell you! We kept my meds on rotation and on top of them, had a different alarms for the every 4, 6, and 8 hours dosages. I ate beef stew that day. I wasn't really nausea the entire recovery.

Wednesday Day 2, when I say it all hit me like I was ran over. I think the magic juice from the surgery and me doing so much on Day 1 came and caught up with me. It felt like I woke up with a pound of bricks in the trunk of my car on my chest. Everything hurt, my chest of course, my arms, and even my thighs, and especially my calves they felt like they was burning. When I say I couldn't even reach for the remote to change the channel of the t.v. Girl. I had to keep bugging my mom, I felt bad. She had to feed me, help me get up out of my chair, put down my pants & panties so I can pee, then help me off the toliet, brush my teeth. Idk why but my legs hurt too. I didn't want to do nothing, but get up to pee. I felt more comfortable in our lazyboy set than trying to get into bed.

Thursday Day 3, was somewhat better but my mom called the doctor about her concern for me. Day 2 night, I felt paralyzed in pain, I could only inch move my arms and legs. And my male friend and I was arguing at the time so, I was crying and got myself worked up breathing hardly. My chest was hurting so badly, felt like I turn something mayble. So that morning she called and they instructed her for me to go into sloth mode. To not move unless it was for the bathroom and the walks to move to every 6 hours to just walk around the sofa twice. I mainly slept all day. My mom woke me up to take my meds and to walk around. But in the evening we watched catfish reruns. The main change and improvement was that I could pull down & up my pants alone during bathroom breaks. And reach for the microwave to heat up pasta my mom made. (Shoulder height & length). Oh and it was my 1st night taking a shower with my mom help.

Friday Day 4, All that rest made up for it. And I felt great. It was time for my post op appointment. We arrived at the plastic surgeon office and thankfully he had a mix of high and low chairs to seat in. I guessing he was thoughtful of his before & after patients mobility. But the appt when fine. We discussed my progress, set goals, my still Do and Don'ts for right now and talked about future restrictions being lifted, and his guidlines for massaging them into place, scar cream & silicone pads. (If anyone wants more detailed of my dos and Don'ts then and how far he stated for me to wait for specific actions, let me know in the comments). I scheduled a 10 weeks follow up back in his office, in January. He also gave me the green light to travel and flight if I wanted to. The main change and improvement was that I can now get up and out of a chair alone. I really can do everything alone but shower I still need help reaching my back. But with my green to go, ladies I made my plan to go. Lol.

Saturday/ Sunday Day 5 & Day 6, Me and My mom woke up to return the rental car and call to change our return plans details. My mom rode the charter bus 4 hours away and I flew in 3 hours away (741 miles away). And we didn't really want to go back alone since I had a whole another week. We to the rental location and we was blessed to have the additional fee $150 waived to drop it off at in Baton Rouge, LA 4 hours away. So we left and headed to my hometown. However my lovely and caring boyfriend, drove all the way from Tennessee to Louisiana to bring me home with him to spend my remaining time off from work with him. He made it in around 1am. And Sunday afternoon, we hit the road for the return 9 hours and 581 miles road trip. I didn't really have a new discovery or improvement but I made it the whole way with throwing up or getting car sick.

Monday/ Tuesday Day 7 & Day 8. Monday morning he helped take a shower again. I could get everything but my upper back. But he insisted he do everything, he spend extra time on the new girls. Later that night we was laying down cuddling watch TV and it was painful laying on my side for the first time. I needed help getting back up. Tuesday was my 1st time driving. I'm pretty much off my pain meds. But still taking the remainder vitamins and antibiotics. However my side part of my boob still slightly hurt from yesterday. Also I brought a band to wear over my breast to help with the dropping and i saw a difference waking up Wednesday morning after wearing a full day & night.

Wednesday / Today Day 9 & 10.
No big change yesterday & Today but I had sex with my boyfriend against doctor orders but the movement didn't hurt my chest and the girls are still ok.
