33yo 5'2" 118lbs 450cc HP Silicone (Was a 34B Cup) - Sugar Land, TX

I am 8 days post op. I scheduled my consultation for 8/1/2014. I had my pre-op on 8/19/2014 and surgery on 8/26/2014. I know, everything went so fast. I'm the kind of person that when my mind is set on something, it gets done...lol. Dr. Feldman was my one and only consultation. The reason being is at the consult, he embodied such energy, professionalism and realism. You can sense that he knows what your hopeful outcome is; he's able to relay to you the realistic result so you don't live in fantasy land. He knows what is best for your body type and figure. Jeanette, his assistant, embodies the same attributes. They really complement each other and you can tell they are a great team. I noticed all of this at my consult. They took their time with me and answered all my questions with such great detail and courtesy. I was so sure, that on 8/4/2014, I scheduled my surgery. I read review after review, all good. I know it would be unrealistic if I said that they are perfect, but I feel they are as close as you can get. On 8/19/2014, I arrived at my pre-op and received the same professionalism and realism. Jeanette helped me with my choice between the sizing and gave me some tips and advice, which, I believe, was sweet....the icing on the cake. I wish all doctors and offices could function the way this office functions. They just have it. They get it. Day of surgery, 8/26/2014, I was super nervous. The nurse and anesthesiologist were so knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I cannot relay the words that describe how completely awesome everyone is. I know that some would say, "well they better be because you paid all that money". Honestly, I think they don't charge enough for the service they provide. It is all top notch, top shelf service on a beer budget. They are the Dom Perignon or even better, they are Cristal (for those of you who are wine connoisseurs). After surgery, I awoke and the nurse asked how I was feeling. I remember saying I had a headache and my sternum hurt. She gave me something for the pain and then, I was out. I really don't remember much after that. I got home and really didn't feel much pain at all, only pressure, which can be expected. I had my post-op on 8/29/2014 and Dr. Feldman said I was healing well. I had no bruising. I was still a little out of it with the pain meds. I have to wear a zip up sports bra and a strap (which was put on my the day of surgery) continually. It really doesn't bother me though. The strap is a little uncomfortable, but not really bothersome. The visit was exactly just as awesome as the others. Today I had another follow up visit, and Dr. Feldman said I am really coming along and look great for only one week post-op. This visit, you guessed it, just as wonderful and pleasant. I am over the moon with my results. One thing I forgot to mention is I was a little lopsided, a 34B, with my left nipple slanted. My left breast was more saggy because I have scoliosis, which I never noticed. I haven't had any children, so I was still a bit perky for my age. Dr. Feldman fixed ALL of my flaws....and I mean ALL. Even he was shocked how well he fixed it! He didn't say that, but I could sense it...lol. I am happy to report that now I my girls are even...although, like I said, I didn't know I had a saggy lopsided boob until I was shown my before picture at my pre-op appointment. I will post before and after pictures just as soon as I have enough time to upload. I just might get some from the doctors office so y'all will be able to see the before lopsided to the after...just so everyone can see how very talented and detailed Dr. Feldman is.
