Hi there ,
Overall I'm so pleased with the outcome and very glad I went ahead with it. Wish I'd done years ago.
The recovery time was hard, not being able to do much was frustrating and just forgetting how sore you are until you do something your not ment to, Stretching the wrong way , pulling the washing out of the machine, picking up the grocery bag etc.
I'm at 6 weeks now and the scaring is minimal I went under the muscle so still have some swelling .
Vij was great so calm about everything it made the big decision so much easier .
Would definitely recommend this procedure if your unhappy with them.
I had no confidence when it come to taking off my top or even wearing anything tight. I can't wait for summer now and my new bikini
