I saw Mr Anthony Williams regarding revision or removal of my sagging breasts after having had implants in my 30's with another specialist. I no longer wanted my E size cup which had grown over the years, and was very nervous about the whole revision, removal, what to expect, would i have any original breast tissue left. After the initial consultation and made my decision straight away, not only because of new research on lymphoma being linked to textured implants which i had, but because Mr Williams explained everything SO well and he gave me options, the pros and cons for all these options, he was so professional, meticulous and thorough, and i cannot be happier with the results. He removed my old implants completely, did the most beautiful breast lift and they are so symmetrical, perfect and incisions are so neat, i am 6 weeks post surgery and i am over the moon. my breasts are now my own and i am so so happy with the amazing results.

Congratulations! I want my implants out too, but can't decide if I should do a lift at the same time. I really can't afford the lift but have been told I will be very saggy and small to boot. Is it possible for you to post some before and after pictures? How long after your surgery did you feel well enough to go back to work? I work at a computer most of the day. Thanks!

I had two weeks off but was fine after a week really, I also sit at a desk all day. My op all up was $8000 and with results I’d hav paid $15000 I’m so glad I had the lift as they are smaller but don’t look saggy and I’m 53. I got some back from Medicare and private health, I’m in Australia and have too private health cover but Medicare also covered a bit so I got about $1200 back . How do I post my pics?

Thanks for getting back to me. My surgery would be closer to $13,000 US with no reimbursement. Did your PS say anything about doing the explant and lift separately to give your breasts a chance to settle?? Whenever I added a post there was option to click to upload photos. Maybe the help section has instructions.

Maybe I should fly to Australia and have your doctor do the surgery. Even with airfare and hotel it would probably be cheaper than doing it where I live. LOL!

P.S. what are you using to help your scars fade? Some of the scars I have seen after a lift seem less attractive than saggy breasts.

I just massage everyday body lotion in as my surgeon recommended, and it seems to work. I did hav tape on them 6 weeks continuously after which helped. Or bio oil is very good. Being a non smoker and eating well also helps. They will fade with time.

You don’t need to leave a gap unless you had an infection it’s far easier and cheaper to do it in one operation. I’m a plastics trained nurse and I think most people do it in one go. I always had bigger boobs but v saggy prior to my implants with too much skin so eventually my implants dropped right down and they were just huge and saggy. The lift made all the difference. Yes it would b cheaper to come here and see mr Williams. He’s fantastic

I am now ten weeks post op. Scars have become less red and I am so happy I had my implants out and so happy I went for a lift too.

Wow your breasts look great! You definitely don't need implants even if you wanted them! Congratulations!

What did you use on your scars to help them heal? I’m scheduled for implant removal and lift in April.
