How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Acne Scar Treatment with Disappointing Results

I underwent subcision, fat transfer filler, and CO2 laser treatment.

The results were disappointingly minimal, especially considering the price I paid. However, my interactions with Dr. Chesnut and his staff were positive.

I am so sorry to hear that the results have not yet meant your pre-procedural hopes and expectations. As we have been talking about in ongoing conversation, you certainly have improvement already, and you are not at your final results yet. You are not quite halfway through that timeline to final results. We did talk about the timeline in our initial visit, along with the fact that your acne scars are especially challenging with the self inflicted trauma on top of the already baseline acne scar.
