absolutely NOTHING happened. i went back for my "pictures" but, although the dr. said he could see some improvement, there really was none and he suggested a tummy-tuck (after taking $2500 for this!!!).

my husband also had his "love handles" done, and NOTHING happened -- again $2500 down the tube.

Thighs I feel are the hardest to work with using Coolsculpting. It's not even approved for that use by the company.

How many places you have the treatment done? Are you willing to post your before and after pictures? I am really curious about why it did not work on both of you at all. Your husband spent $2500 to have the love handles done seems to be too expensive in my opinion.

He did not take after pics, mainly because there was no change. I don't know how to get the before pics from him.

I know this is going to sound horrible to say, but minus the $5k, at least you are not worse off. I had coolsculpting done on my lower abdomen 10weeks ago and it is now noticeably bigger than it was before the procedure...I look pregnant! Definitely call or email zeltiq. I contacted them last week & I missed their return call, but they're supposed to call again on Monday.

I called Zeltiq and got passed from one person to another until finally I spoke with a nurse who is starting an investigation. She will be contacting the Dr's office to speak with them, but as far as helping me get a refund, she was non-committal. I hope you have better luck. Will keep you informed.

Def let me know what happens! I talked to a Florence at zeltiq yesterday & I guess she was supposed to call the place I had it done today. I asked her if other people have reported issues with being bigger after treatment & all she said was 'there will be some swelling afterwards". I said yea, but it's been 2 1/2 months! I guess I'll wait to see if I hear back again :(

i talked to Florence too and she continued to say they were only a NEUTRAL 3rd party and would facilitate discussion with the dr; nothing more. have not heard back and so I emailed my dr directly requesting a refund of all but $600 -- that was for 2 hrs for each of use at $150/hr, which I think is fair. Will let you know what he says.

we are having a re-do next week and if no progress after 3 more months, they said we would negotiate a refund. hope you are having some success too.

Good for you! So glad to hear they are going to work with you!! My Dr's office left a message on my answering machine, but they were closed by the time I got home-I will be calling them back on Monday. I am so disgusted with the way my stomach looks & how huge it is now. I did that "ask a doctor" thing here on realself & the reply I got was that swelling is normal after the procedure. I guess that Dr didn't get the part that I am now 12 weeks out and my stomach is so abnormally large I look like a freak! :(

I'm a flight attendant and I fly all over the world I hear so many negative stories and the reason why v is because I'm s is because I'm so tempted but throw away $ I just can't d I just can't do it and see if it worked for and if it di they would have m they would have my business but it is to take tha to take that chance I would be sick. but my mone but my money is a value to most

I'm so sorry lol I used that voice to text it looked perfect . I pushed send and that's how it turned out. I'll try again. I'm a flight attendant and we flight attendants discuss these things all the time. I've heard tons of stories where it didn't work. I follow this page and I'm so tempted to do it because their is no surgery involved. If I could find a place ttully lwer the price I would try . If it worked I would go back and spend the full price. To spend 5000 and have it not w work . I would be sick. My money means something to most of us.

After contacting Zeltiq and meeting with the Dr & staff, they asked that we have another session before discussing refunds. We had pics taken that day and made appts for a week later. I went in for my redo but they somehow "lost" my husband's appt. He just had his on the 1st of August. I am hopeful, but very skeptical because the Dr now says that the procedure only removes 20% -- nothing like the flat bellies shown in his advertising! My redo was July 17th so I will post again in October unless I see any results before then. Our next appt for photos is not until December.
