How did the PRP micro needling work for your scars?
The microneedling /PRP worked amazingly! I plan on having the procedure done again just to smooth other surfaces in addition to keeping my face healthy! But it is such a relief to have had this done and actually work! Highly recommend :)
It helped a little. I'm not 110% happy with the results but seeing that I have severe acne scars it may take a couple sessions to get what I'm looking for
How is it now?
It's all healed. You can still notice some scaring. Definitely recommend having microneedling done at least 2-3 times for better results. I would like to have the needling done for the second time
I’ve never heard of small incisions. It would probably heal completely smooth i assume? You have the prettiest face structure and jawline, by the way.
Hi..I never heard of making incisions either but the Dr recommended it. It has healed well..I was hoping for a little more of a difference but seeing that I had bad acne scars the results came out good. Thank you for the compliment hun:)

I suffered from deep acne scarring on my face....

I suffered from deep acne scarring on my face. While at my consultation with Dr. Avron Lipschitz we discussed several procedures and he highly recommended Microneedling with PRP along with minor incisions on the location of my acne scars. I made an appointment for 2 days after the consult and it was the best decision!

What are the incisions for?
Deep scars are sometimes treated with a technique called subscision, where the scar is "punched out" and then stitches are used to close the surgical wound. Acne scars are sometimes so severe that they require this kind of treatment.
Are the stitches from subcision?
I wish I could find a caring doctor like this in LA? I have had few consults but I'm scared to go through with it because the doctors I saw were uncaring, and only seemed interested in money
