39 Y/o 2 Kids and Much Needed Lift/implant

Prior to my children I had never considered having any type of breast augmentation surgery because I did not need it. I am a thin person with a smaller frame and my breasts while not large were perfectly suited to my body (32 C). After my 2nd child, I lost tremendous amount of volume and had a lot of sagging. I went to a few different surgeons and settled on Dr. Epstein due to his bed side manner and the feeling that he understood what I was looking for, plus his reputation and experience. He also had this 24 hour recovery promise-which in truth I did think was an exaggeration, IT WASNT!!!! Surgery was uncomplicated, his staff was lovely. I did not require any narcotic pain medication. I got home around 5, ate, slept for 2 hours. Started the raising my arms above my head. Took the Tylenol went to bed. Woke up the next day, pain was like 2 out of 10. Moved my arms above my head every hour as instructed and other than being a bit sleepy (anesthesia effects) I was fine. I drove myself to my follow up the following day and t hen drove home (1 hour away) with no issue. I forgot I even had surgery by day 3. I didn't lift my kids but I was working, cleaning, going out for dinner within 2 days of my procedure. No one could believe my recovery! I am now almost 4 months out and they look and feel fabulous. I do have a bit of issue with scarring, but I did not know I was prone to hypertrophic scars prior to surgery. My size is fantastic (30 DDD or 32 DD). They fit my frame, but look really nice.
