I have never posted a review online but felt compelled to do so after my incredible experience with Dr. Epstein and his staff. You will find my review here and on Google. I researched countless doctors while considering whether or not I wanted to have a breast augmentation. My primary goal was to walk away from surgery with natural looking breasts. Basically to restore my pre-baby days. I didn't want people guessing whether or not I had a procedure done. I wanted it to look so natural they wouldn't even know. You can be reassured you are reading the review of someone who has thoroughly investigated this. There are several factors that set Dr. Epstein apart from his colleagues in this field. The first was he utilizes the One Day Recovery Technique. Do not mistake this method for the well marketed Rapid Recovery ads you see and hear. Just because your favorite radio station is recommending a surgeon does not mean they are the best. Do your homework. Dr. Epstein is one of very few surgeons who utilize this specific technique. In fact I could not find another doctor within several states that did so. He specializes in minimal tissue damage and less than one teaspoon of blood is lost during the entire surgery. He takes great care during surgery to ensure his patient will have an optimal recovery. He explains his technique thoroughly during your consult. In an effort to be concise here are some examples of what I was able to do after my surgery: lift my hands above my head in the recovery room, take a shower and wash/blow dry my hair the same day, prepare dinner for my family, drive myself to my post-op appointment less then 48 hours later, etc. Also, I did not use any narcotics post surgery. I used ibuprofen when I felt I needed it. An added bonus was that I left the surgery with no ugly surgical bra, no tight, constricting ace bandage, no drains, etc. I woke up in the recovery room and put on my clothes and went home...with nothing but surgical glue covering the incision sites. As if that wasn't incredible enough, when I finally looked at myself in the mirror I could not believe how natural I looked three hours after surgery. I had seen hundreds of
post-op photos of women with high, torpedo looking breasts. Women who were anxiously waiting for their breasts to "fall". I had minimal swelling and they were not high at all. They looked natural immediately and it was obvious he and the nurses were really listening when I explained my final goal.

The appeal of the One Day method goes beyond a quicker recovery. This One Day Method is correlated to several important things. My great fear during the research phase was the possibility of complications post surgery. This played a major role in my decision. Due to his skill as a surgeon and the method he employs, Dr. Epstein has the lowest capsular contracture rate, lowest infection rate, and lowest rate of surgical revision. This was the main reason I chose him.

During every visit his staff made me feel comfortable. They were friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Dr. Epstein was thorough during each appointment and I never felt rushed. He took very precise measurements and examined breast tissue, density, etc. before making recommendations. After we discussed my goal and his recommendations, he utilized the 3-d imaging system to help me visualize different size implants.

I am so thankful I took the time to find the right doctor. His before and after pictures are proof enough. You will not find him shoving enormous implants into small chests. His goal is a beautiful, natural and full result. Overly stuffing the breast tissue is what often causes complications. He is very spot on with his size recommendations. I couldn't be more pleased with my result. As soon as I had my consult with him I knew that I could finally be done researching. Maybe this review will save someone else the time of tirelessly searching for the right doctor.
