Life-long Wish to Have Larger Boobs! - Stony Brook, NY

Since I was a teenager I have always wanted larger boobs, and was envious of my sisters and girlfriends who had them. Back in my day, I'd go to the local bars and they'd have "wet t-shirt" contests and I always wanted to be one of those girls who could look sexy in a t-shirt, not look like a boy. As I aged and the natural progression of gaining weight, I did, in fact, go from an A-cup to a small B. Then came the "miracle bra" which did much to enhance the looks of my cleavage. But I always felt "confined" and wanted to just go braless with big boobs. I never went through with the dream and have surgery back then, because I knew girls who DID and they were in excruciating pain, and had to be wrapped with a special bra, etc. One day I was at a party with old school friends and ran into this girl who was on the smaller side but had perfect breasts. I asked the personal question of "did you get a boob-job?" She said yes, in fact she did. I told her I always wanted to but was afraid of the pain and recovery. I found that very hard to believe so I HAD to meet with this Dr. Epstein. I immediately called for a consultation and he answered all my questions with patience and confidence. He assured me that I would be walking around the mall the night of my surgery, having dinner, and when I asked him if I'd never be able to sleep on my stomach again, he told me one of the exercises in my one day-recovery was that very night I would lay on my breasts for about 15 minutes (which I thought was crazy!) Dr. Mark Epstein had a 3-D Vectra system which took my actual body and enhanced my breasts not by "C" or "D" cup, but by measurements to what would look best on me (i.e. I have broad shoulders, a slightly smaller waist, and larger hips. Needless to say, I swiped my credit card with the downpayment and went home and told my husband. I scheduled the surgery for June 16th in 2010 and my husband came in and met with the doctor. He asked him what he would give me for pain (I have a very low tolerance for pain) and Dr. Epstein said "Ibuprofen". My husband said, "no way ... she cannot just take Motrin". Dr. Epstein explained that if I were to take any other pain pill it would disguise what I MIGHT think is pain and prolong the healing process. Dr. Epstein was right. He IS a Genius! I never took anything more than Ibuprofen, and I was out at the bar where I work that very same night showing off my new boobs!! There was NO downtime, maybe one day where I needed to adjust feeling strange with my new body. But I have never regretted it and they are so natural looking that people who didn't know me before do not know that I've had them enhanced! When I tell some men they are very surprised. The women all compliment me on my breasts and I feel sexier and can now wear all those little t-shirts I wanted to as a teenager and in my 20's. I must say, being a bartender, I do show them off and wear low-cut shirts and sexy dresses that I was never able to because I was too small-breasted through my 20's and 30's. I have people asking me to this day what doctor I went to, because they heard that I was out and about the very day of surgery showing off my beautiful breasts.
