5 weeks post op and starting to drop!

My new additions are starting to look more natural now, they are no longer sitting too close to my collar bones and fit better in bras. While I wish I had some cleavage going on, I am starting to become more comfortable with the implant size, and glad my ps decided to go smaller duing the surgery. After reading many dr.s stating 200cc would only bring a patient up 1 cup size I was nervous, but I guess my ps was right and becuase I have a small frame I only needed about 100cc to bump me up a size. I have gotten most of the feeling back in my nipples and the hypersensitivity I was feelig is starting to subside. With a non padded bra I look like I used to with my horrid add 2 cup size bras, so it is not obvious I have them done! Once I get the ok to wear underwire bras I will get a few ligtly padded push up to help with the cleavage :)

3 weeks post op and confused....

So after being tired of wearing the same 3 sports bras every day I decided to go on a search for non padded bras. I went to victoria secret and they fitted me at a 32d.. how ever they do not carry 32d wireless bras in store, so I ended up getting a "sister size" 34c. I went to maidenform and was fitted at a full 34c or small 32d.... I am so confused!!! I don't feel like i look that big... my best friend is my size body size and a 34d and standing next to eachother she is clearly much larger than I am.... I honestly do not look much bigger than I did when I was a B (before loosing my boobs totally after nursing 2 kids). Will they start to look bigger as they drop more?

I am 6 days post BA (286cc sub muscular sillicone mod plus) and for the most part no issues. I was able to lift my arms and take a shower 4 hours after the surgery. I have no bruising and very minimal swelling and have not taken anything stronger than ibuprofen. I was very bloated for the first few days, but most of that has gone away now. However I am slightly disappointed with my size, I know it is very early on however due to my small frame my ps had to go smaller than we discussed during the surgery to avoid an odd shape and possibly looking fake (I stressed to him at my post op that did not want to look like a barbie, only get back what I lost from nursing to kids). Let's hope that this "drop and fluff" I keep hearing about will get me to the C cup I was hoping for!

I have wanted to get a breast augmentation for years, but after going down to barely an A after nursing 2 kids I finally worked up the courage to do it and I am so happy I chose Dr. Epstein as my surgeon! His staff is amazing and always welcomed me with a smile, he even called me the night of my surgery to make sure I was feeling ok. It has been an easy recovery because of Dr. Epstein’s 1 day recovery technique and I would recommend him to anyone interested in BA! However I do wish that he liked to use high profile implants as I am going to end up smaller than I would like due to a small frame.
