Under muscle. I went in at 8 am & was home, no bands, & could lift my arms above my head. Went out that night. Drove myself!!

I waited till I was 54. Never even thought about it before. Glad I did it so far but not sure I got my money's worth. I hope I will love mine eventually. I look better in clothes which was my original goal, but overall appearance and size could be better. I am only 5 weeks post, so hoping there is more to come.
