I underwent a breast reduction and (not clinical name) adjacent side-breast-fat removal procedure 2 1/2 months ago. Unfortunately, my insurance provider rejected my claim so it was done on a private-pay basis. The procedure itself was more intense than I had anticipated, despite the incredible prep provided by Dr. Hall and his assistants. I had never before undergone general anesthesia or any hospital surgery. There was more fatigue and post-op discomfort than I had anticipated (again, I was well prepped but was overly optimistic...).
The care, compassion and oversight by Dr. Hall and his staff was impeccable. He is a masterful surgeon. His office practices - frequent phone calls to check on my recovery, flowers delivered to my home (!), providing an after-hours cell phone # for my peace of mind - were life affirming.
Now that I am post-pain and well healed, I am thrilled with my "new" breasts. I feel like a different person. My posture has changed and I feel more flexible and balanced. I'm finally taking up golf!
