I am still very happy with my results. I have put on some weight as my exercising has been non-existent for a few months so I can’t expect anything less! However the improvement is still there and I would do more (if I could afford it!!)

I'm a bit upset that they advertise it as if you can get it done on a lunch break and head back to work. I've seen several other videos with the girls saying it was more painful than they were told also. I think that's really unfair. On the upside, you do look great but I'm curious how many total treatments you will need to have to get to where you want to be? And the final cost of it all? If you wouldn't mind sharing...

I totally agree, however I think everyone’s pain thresholds are different and it probably depends on a lot of different factors as to how much it hurts. If I had snother round the same then I’m sure my stomach would be absolutely flat and I would be super happy. But having spent £3600, I’m not sure I would spend that again to achieve it. Exercise will probably do it...until I come into some money ;-)

I'm kind of a wuss so it's probably not something I should do! I also had no idea of the cost; I imagine that probably differs with each place too though.

Am really really happy with my results :D I have much more confidence in how I look and clothes are fitting me better. Would highly recommend the short term pain if you don’t want an invasive procedure. I’m pleased also that I did my research and went to an authorised and respected clinic for this - don’t go cheap with a mimic machine and find a technician who gets regular training from Zeltiq.

Thank you :) I eat fairly healthily so didn’t change anything. I’ve actually just got back from a 3 week holiday so I delayed taking update pics for a few days as I’d put a couple of pounds on!!

I can definitely see and feel a difference! I still have the double stomach which is what I wanted to get rid of so I MIGHT get further applicators to my upper abdomen but I am really pleased with the difference and will be exercising the area even further to try and get it as flat as can be!

Hi... would just like to say that so far your results are amazing! You look fantastic and will probably keep healing for a while and look even better. I have worked with Coolsculpting but now work with Cooltech which In our opinion is far superior than the Coolsculpting machine which we previously had. The applicators are far more friendly on your body, we can do two treatments at the same time on certain body parts and the price is far cheaper as the consumables are very low! For 6 treatments to the abdominals we would charge Australian $3000.00. I would be very pleased if I had your results. Happy healing!
